Responsible to ideate, create and deliver innovative solutions for the travel domain, with key focus on cutting edge digital technology.

My role presents me the unique opportunity to work across different areas within the airline including but not limited to Passenger Reservation, Revenue Management, Commercial Department, Loyalty, IT, Crew Planning etc. as well as Cruises, Hospitality etc. I have had the opportunity to work alongside some leading brands in the travel industry, as well as have been able to help them drive their business better through consultative engagements as well as solutions.

My current role also requires me to identify business problems, and ideate, design and build solutions that solve these problems with the help of technology, even handle the marketing and sales of the solutions.

• Travelled to Long Island, New York, on the request of a leading EU Airline, along with their architects to spearhead the SITA CUSS Certification of their brand new Kiosk installation.

Responsible for a 1M USD account with a 15 member project team handling a product suite that eases the process of delayed baggage declaration and tracking for several leading airlines and ground handlers in the EU and Australia.

In addition to the day to day operations, my role as a Project Manager demanded hunting and farming of business opportunities to nurture the growth of the account. I was able to use "Innovation Workshops" successfully as a tool to drive innovation within the team and also create new product roadmap items and consequently business opportunities.

In my tenure, I had the opportunity to prepare the project and team for ISO 270001 certification. I was also responsible for coordinating up to 5 geographically distributed crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth and successfull product roll outs.
